·         Chain and Property Administrators (if no higher role available at the property) are responsible for all User Maintenance and Access-related requests. This covers User Creation, Access Assignment, User Reactivation/Deactivation and Password Reset. If you forgot your security questions, please contact your Chain or Property Administrator. 

·         For Chain or Property Administrator user’s password resets, please call Customer Care directly.
