By submitting an entry, participants agree to these Contest Rules & Requirements. If you are unable or unwilling to agree to these Contest Rules & Requirements, you must not submit an entry. Entrants also represent that they have complied with these Contest Rules and Requirements, and agree not to submit any information that would infringe on the rights of any third party or violate the law.
This contest is sponsored and administered by Sabre Hospitality Solutions, a division of Sabre GLBL Inc. (“Sabre”).
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest entry is open to any hotel business in the United States, and entries must be completed and submitted between June 13, 2019 8:00am – August 15, 2019 5:00pm CST.
All entries submitted for consideration will be reviewed from both SabreHospitality.com online submission and entries from events where Sabre is advertising the contest. Judging criteria will be based on explained need, clarity of submission, and aptitude for innovation. Sabre will review entries and select the winner, in its sole discretion.
Two entries will be announced as the winners on August 29, 2019 at 10am CST on the Sabre Hospitality Solutions LinkedIn and Twitter pages. Winning entries will also be notified by email and phone, as provided in the entry form.
Each winning entry must acknowledge winner status no later than Friday, September 6, 2019. If a winning entry fails to acknowledge winner status on time, Sabre may, in its sole discretion, disqualify that winning entry and select another winner.
PRIZES: Two winning entries will be awarded an acquisition strategy and website consultation (not to exceed 68 hours) services from Sabre personnel, and (for SynXis CR customers only) a 6-month subscription to our In-Context Ads tool (“Prizes”). In the event that the Prizes described above are not available, Sabre reserves the right to substitute other items or services. The Prizes have no cash value and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
In order to receive the Prizes described above, each winner must sign and agree to Sabre’s standard consulting and/or subscription agreements, applicable to such services. If a winner does not sign the applicable agreements, the prize will be forfeited.
Each winning entry must agree to allow use of their before-and-after story in Sabre promotional materials in all media globally and/or as a case study (“Promotional Materials”), in Sabre’s sole discretion. Each winning entry will grant Sabre a perpetual, global, fully paid up license to use its content and web site for the purpose of such Promotional Materials.
Each winning entry must agree to allow Sabre access to the data, information, and system(s) necessary for Sabre Hospitality Solutions consultants to properly assess the hotel’s acquisition strategy and website.
If any provision of these Contest Rules and Requirements is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Sabre reserves the right to modify these Contest Rules & Requirements at any time. Please check this Web site to view the current Contest Rules & Requirements.
IN NO EVENT WILL SABRE BE LIABLE TO AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONTEST. SABRE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ALL PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONTEST WILL NOT EXCEED $30,000 IN AGGREGATE. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO LIABILITY FOR NEGLIGENCE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF SABRE IS ADVISED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBLITY OF THE DAMAGES IN QUESTION AND EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE. If applicable law limits the effectiveness of these limitations to Sabre’s liability, then Sabre’s liability will be limited to the fullest extent permissible.
These Contest Rules & Requirements will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and by submitting an entry, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located Dallas County, Texas for the resolution of any disputes arising out of the contest or these Contest Rules & Requirements.
