We look forward to seeing you in person for our US Consultant Collaboration Forum in Dallas this October. This is an opportunity for our closest partners in North America to come together to discuss how we collectively solve for the challenges our hotels face in 2024 and beyond.
We’ll begin with a social outing on Sunday, October 1st at AT&T Stadium, as the Dallas Cowboys take on the New England Patriots. The game begins at 3:25P CT.
Monday, October 2nd we have a full session planned around discussion and collaboration that spans our current capabilities, our latest innovations, and industry trends. This meeting will take place at our Sabre HQ Office in Southlake, TX from 8:00A – 3:00P CT.

The day will begin at 8:00am with breakfast, brief breaks, and a working lunch, wrapping the day at 3:00pm.
Our time together will include opportunities to share our strategy and future innovations, engage in conversations that help us understand the industry trends you are seeing, and collaborate on how we work more closely with you to grow the success of our mutual customers.

Sunday Game Day!
Join us in the Sabre Suite at AT&T Stadium as the Dallas Cowboys take on the New England Patriots. Dinner and drinks will be served in the suite.
Transportation to and from the game will only be provided from the Marriott Dallas Westlake. Please note if you are staying at a different hotel, you will be responsible for your transportation to meet us at the hotel to take our shuttle, or to the stadium itself.
We will provide a private shuttle to and from the Dallas Cowboys game at AT&T Stadium, that will depart from the Marriott Dallas Westlake at approximately 1:30pm. Exact details on tickets, shuttle, and more information specific to the game will be sent in the coming weeks.
Sabre’s Suite at AT&T Stadium
If you’re a football fan, AT&T Stadium, needs no introduction. The state-of-the-art sports facility with a retractable roof has been the home of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys since it was completed in 2009. As one of the largest football stadiums in the country, AT&T Stadium has a capacity of 80,000 seats or up to 105,000 with standing room.
Sabre’s Luxury Suite offers elegant and luxurious surroundings with an unparalleled view of the game.
Bag Policy at AT&T Stadium
Please note that the only exception to the bag policy listed to the right are medical devices which are subject to inspection.
Each attendee is responsible for booking their own hotel accommodations.
Our recommended hotel is the Marriott Dallas Westlake, just 3 minutes from Sabre HQ in Southlake, TX.
There are other hotel options for you to consider in the vicinity; simply search Southlake, TX.
Each attendee is responsible for their roundtrip air transportation to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL). We recommend landing in Dallas, Sunday, by 11:30A and departing Monday, 5P CT or later. The DFW airport is about 20 mins from the hotel/Sabre HQ.
We will provide a private shuttle to and from the Dallas Cowboys game at AT&T Stadium, that will depart from the Marriott Dallas Westlake at approximately 1:30pm (exact details to follow).
The Marriott Dallas Westlake also provides a complimentary shuttle that will take you to Sabre HQ for our Monday collaborative session.
If you choose to stay at a hotel other than Marriott Dallas Westlake, then you will be responsible for your own transportation to/from the game on Sunday, and to/from the Sabre offices on Monday.
