David Glenn serves as Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer for Hospitality Solutions, where he leads the company’s global technology strategy and operations. With more than 35 years of experience as a technology and business operations executive, David is recognized for driving large-scale transformation initiatives that deliver sustainable growth, operational efficiencies, and measurable impact across industries.
David is the prior CIO for Norwegian Cruise Lines and recently served as an Executive Consulting Partner at Kyndryl, where he advised CIOs and COOs in healthcare, travel, and hospitality. His earlier leadership experience includes senior executive roles at Dell Technologies, VMware and IBM, where he guided enterprise clients through large-scale digital transformations, IT strategy, and global delivery operations.
As a respected industry expert, David contributes to CIO and CIO Review Magazines as well as Keynote appearances on cloud and AI adoption, corporation transformations, and technology trends and enablement. David was recently featured in Global Hospitality Magazine for his work with AI in the industry and has been recognized as one of the most influential IT executives in the U.S., has led award-winning initiatives ranked on InformationWeek’s Top 500 list, and was invited to ring the NASDAQ Opening Bell.
He holds an MBA and Ph.D. in Global Leadership & Strategy from George Washington University and is a published author in the technology field. David has also served on the board of the Make A Wish Foundation, MDA as well as the Association of Information Technology Professionals.
