Teresa brings a proven track record of leadership and growth in global enterprise software, having scaled multiple SaaS companies through innovation, operational excellence, and customer focus.
Teresa most recently served as CEO and then Executive Chair of Trintech, a PE-backed global enterprise SaaS company. During her tenure, she led the company through a period of transformative growth—tripling revenue and expanding both the customer and employee base through a mix of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Following her role at Trintech, Teresa served as an Operating Partner with Blue Star Innovation Partners, where she advised portfolio companies on scaling strategies, product development, and leadership alignment.
Her earlier leadership experience includes serving as CEO of Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US, a $500M+ division, and as Managing Director at Thomson Reuters, where she led multiple tax technology businesses. Teresa has consistently delivered results in high-growth environments, and she is well known for building high-performance teams and cultures rooted in accountability, collaboration, and impact.
Teresa has been recognized as one of the “Most Powerful Business Leaders in Dallas-Fort Worth” by D CEO’s Dallas 500 for four consecutive years, and is an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® Southwest Region winner.
