Courtney Townsend

Courtney Townsend is Chief Human Resources Officer for Hospitality Solutions, where she leads Human Resources and Communications. She oversees talent strategy, organizational development, employee engagement, and culture initiatives that support a high-performing, inclusive workplace.

With over 20 years of experience, Courtney has built a career aligning HR strategy with business goals across diverse industries. She is known for scaling operations, fostering inclusive cultures, and leading transformation in fast-paced environments – most recently within private equity-backed software companies.

Before joining Hospitality Solutions, Courtney served as Chief People Officer at Duck Creek Technologies, leading the full employee lifecycle, including talent management, learning and development, compensation, benefits, and HR systems. She drove modernization across HR, embedding ESG principles and enhancing employee connection and empowerment.

Prior to Duck Creek, Courtney was CHRO at Stats Perform, a global software firm. In this role, she guided HR through rapid expansion and led efforts to unify culture and modernize total rewards for equity and competitiveness across markets.
