Rachel Patterson is Chief Financial Officer for Hospitality Solutions. In this role, Rachel leads our finance and accounting functions to strengthen financial discipline, support our strategic priorities, and build scalable systems and processes to fuel our continued growth.
Rachel is a transformational CFO recognized for driving enterprise value, financial discipline, and operational excellence across SaaS, Fintech, and private equity–backed businesses. Known as a trusted advisor to investors and executives alike, she brings a proven record of scaling high-growth platforms, executing strategic exits, and leading complex turnarounds that restore profitability and confidence.
Prior to Hospitality Solutions, Rachel served as CFO of LERETA, LLC, where she rebuilt the finance function, restored investor confidence, and partnered closely with her Executive team to deliver 45% year-over-year EBITDA growth in her first year.
Prior to LERETA, LLC, Rachel was twice appointed CFO by Accel-KKR, serving first at Rhino Fleet Tracking and later at Cloud 9 Software
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. Her leadership is defined by her ability to turn complexity into enterprise value – creating alignment between financial strategy, operational execution, and investor returns.
