Mark Hollyhead is Chief Transformation Officer for Hospitality Solutions. A champion for bold change and innovation, with a commitment to elevating the customer experience and our success in the market, he is responsible for product management and innovation, product development and global services delivery.
Mark is a dynamic executive with over 30 years of leadership experience across global organizations and high-growth SaaS businesses. He has consistently delivered results through strategic transformation, operational scale, and customer-centric innovation.
Most recently, in a dual role as both President of Egencia and Chief Product Officer at American Express Global Business Travel, Mark led the Egencia SaaS business (Expedia Group corporate travel) and the post-Amex GBT acquisition integration. He then added group responsibility for global product, overseeing product management, engineering, data science and analytics. Under his leadership, Egencia expanded to over 60 countries, grew revenue sixfold, and delivered strong EBITDA performance.
Previously, he held senior roles at British Airways, including Head of Customer Operations at London Heathrow Airport and GM of Revenue Management with responsibility for £4 billion in long-haul revenue. He also led major transformation programs at Vodafone, driving product and operational change.
Mark holds an MBA from the University of London Westminster and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Economics from Birkbeck, University of London.
