Noreen Henry

Noreen Henry is a dynamic executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across the travel, hospitality, and technology industries. Most recently, she served as Chief Revenue Officer at Sojern, where she led global sales, marketing, and account management teams, and scaled the business through GTM redesign, organization restructure, and disciplined execution. Known for her ability to transform organizations, Noreen has consistently delivered results by aligning go-to-market strategy, operational excellence, and innovative technology to accelerate growth and enhance customer value.

Prior to Sojern, Noreen held senior executive roles including Senior Vice President at a Place for Mom, CEO of AI travel startup WayBlazer, Chief Revenue Officer at DHISCO, and Senior Vice President at Travelocity Global. Throughout her career, she has led complex global teams, forged high-impact partnerships with the world’s leading travel brands, and driven innovation in hotel distribution, digital media, ecommerce and conversational commerce. Her leadership has been instrumental in scaling businesses, improving operational efficiency, and modernizing revenue engines across both enterprise and high-growth environments.
